1. Delivery Information

  • Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days
  • Shipping Time: 15-20 Business Days
  • Total Delivery Time: 16-23 Business Days
  • Tracking Information: You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
  • Address Changes: Changes to the shipping address cannot be made after the order has been dispatched. Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placement.
  • How to Cancel: Contact us at support@factorykick.com with your order number and details of the modification or cancellation.
  • Cancellation Fee:
    • No fee if the order has not been processed.
    • A 15% management and transaction fee applies if the order has been processed.

3. Return Policy

We accept returns only for defective or damaged items.

Eligibility:

  • Accepted Returns: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Non-Accepted Returns: Returns are not accepted for items that do not fit, are disliked, or for reasons other than defects or fulfillment errors.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return: Submit your request within 14 days of receiving the item.
  2. Shipping: Ship the item(s) back within 7 days of approval.
  3. Packaging: Items must be returned in the original box and placed inside a protective shipping box.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact us at support@factorykick.com with your order number, issue description, and photos of the defective or damaged item.
  • Do not send returns to the address on your package; it is not our return address and will delay processing.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • For items over $75, use a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.

How to Request an Exchange:

  • Contact us at support@factorykick.com with your order number and details of the defect or damage.
  • If approved, we will provide you with a return address.
  • Exchange Processing Time: 5-7 Business Days from receipt of returned items.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 Business Days of receiving the returned item.
