WHY IS YOUR ORDER BEING SHIPPED LATE?

Delays in shipping may occur due to the manufacturing and packaging processes often associated with products made in Asian countries like Vietnam, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Reasons for delays include:

  • High demand for shoes causing production backlogs.
  • Outsourced manufacturing processes in these regions, which add logistical challenges.

While delays can be frustrating, they often result in cost savings for customers, as lower production costs in these countries enable brands to offer competitive prices.


CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not support shipments to multiple addresses for a single order. To ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders.


WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

  • Items are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
  • VAT, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY

Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Address

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
    • Factory Kick is not responsible for loss or destruction of the package.
    • If returned to us by the carrier, additional shipping fees will be charged to resend the package.

Address Correction

  • If you realize an address error, contact our customer support immediately.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to update the address if possible. However, we cannot guarantee corrections for orders already shipped.

Note: Accurate shipping addresses are essential for timely delivery.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 2-5 Business Days of purchase.
  • This email includes:
    • Tracking number.
    • Link to the carrier’s website for real-time tracking updates.

Tracking Package Status

  • Use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
  • Regularly check the carrier’s system for updates to ensure a smooth delivery.

Delivery Confirmation

  • If the tracking information shows the package was delivered to the address provided during order placement, Factory Kick is not liable for claims of non-receipt.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping addresses during order placement. Factory Kick is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
