B. PROCESSING TIME, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF
Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday)
Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (PST), Monday to Saturday
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
C. DELIVERY TIME (TRANSIT TIME)
Estimated delivery time after shipment:

E. ORDER TRACKING

F. CHANGES OF ADDRESS
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
G. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
